The questions we get before signing.
01Wouldn't it be cheaper to record in our own office?
You can, of course. But the first episode that sounds like a Zoom call burns the money you are about to spend promoting it. Acoustics cannot be fixed in post-production; that is why the studio exists.
02What if the podcast doesn't work?
You start with a single two-hour session, measure it and, if it works, you plan the next ones. No commitment up front.
03Are you used to working with senior executives?
It is our day to day. Proper briefing beforehand, guest looked after in the studio and a senior technical team, so the person in front of the mic only has to talk.
04How do you handle confidentiality?
We work with brands: what happens in the studio stays in the studio. We sign a non-disclosure agreement when the project calls for it, and delivery goes through a platform with protected access.
05We already have a content agency. Do you fit in?
Perfectly: we are their audiovisual production arm. Several agencies delegate the podcast format to us and keep the strategy and the client relationship.
06How long does delivery take?
48 hours after the recording you have the edited episode and the vertical clips. Seasons are planned with a closed recording and delivery schedule.
07Do you invoice on B2B terms?
Yes: invoice with VAT, contract and agreed payment terms. Projects are confirmed with 50 % on signature and the rest on delivery.
08What happens if something goes wrong technically?
Re-recording guarantee: if the material does not come out for a technical reason, we repeat the session at no cost. It never happens, but it is in writing.
