Podcast studio hire in north Madrid

We hire out our studio in San Sebastián de los Reyes in two-hour sessions that you can extend by the hour, with the technical kit and crew included. This is not an empty room: you turn up, sit down and record.

What's included

• The room, ready to go: soundproofed, with professional acoustic treatment.
• The technical kit: microphones, 4K cameras and studio lighting.
• The crew: a sound engineer (and a camera operator if you are recording video) for the whole session. If something goes wrong, it gets fixed there and then.
• The files: audio on separate tracks and camera rushes, delivered through a secure transfer platform.

Prices exclude VAT. The two-hour session is the minimum booking and extends by the hour: if you are recording several episodes, you can run them back to back in the same session and set up only once. The full breakdown of each option is on the pricing page.

For independent creators

If you only need the room and you handle the edit yourself, we have hourly rates seven days a week. Get in touch and we'll send them over.

Where we are

At Avenida Pirineos 9, Nave 9 (28703, San Sebastián de los Reyes), on the A-1 corridor: 10 to 15 minutes from Alcobendas, La Moraleja and Las Tablas, with six private parking spaces at the door.
